USS Republic Mission Briefing 51610.03 - Season 24

 

The Republic had taken it's leave of the Yridian's, leaving them angry and short one ship, but in the end had recovered the missing elixir. We may never know if earlier shipments had been delivered, but we know that we had at least stopped this major one, with the information we had been given. We have been enroute to the nearest Starbase to turn over the small remaining sample for evidence and are making our arrival.

Rue Wydown -> Just cruising on in, hmmm? Let's go ahead and kick it up a notch. I'm antsy to get rid of that bit of nastiness down in science.

STSF_BluRox -> :: writing up the explanations of why they had to destroy one of the Yridian's ships, and board another, making sure to include everything, as well as attached computer visual and scan files for evidence.

Rue Wydown -> +BluRox+ Aye. Science says they're ready to go. I was just about to bug Kasuga about her end of the deal.

Heather Jamieson -> Maybe I'll invite Jax... think she could use the relaxation.

STSF_BluRox -> +Rue+ I'll feel better once we've gotten rid of that and know it's on its way. Also, let the crew know that they can visit the station for a bit once we arrive to stretch their legs and relax a bit. Blu out

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::contacts the station, and arranges security and quarantine::

STSF_BluRox -> So, we're all set then with the transfer, and permissions to come aboard?

Rue Wydown -> They're working on that now.

STSF_BluRox -> Very good, it will be good to finally get most of this behind us

STSF_BluRox -> Hopefully our next mission orders will be arriving once we get aboard the station, and we can get resupplied while we are there as well.

Rue Wydown -> Where do you think they'll send us next time?

 

ACTION:: Navigation computer indicates that we are approaching destination coordinates

 

Heather Jamieson -> How much repair does the Republic require? Not a lot I take it.

Ayumu Kasuga -> ::slows speed:: Approaching our destination.

STSF_BluRox -> I was hoping for someplace with a nice sunny beach.....I'm just hoping it's not back to the Gamma Quadrant again.....

Rue Wydown -> A beach would be nice I suppose

August Jax Robinson -> ::Exits the lift and steps onto the Bridge::

STSF_BluRox -> Begin approach as per the station's instructions

 

ACTION:: The Republic has arrived at Starbase 344 and have taken up station orbit as instructed.

 

Heather Jamieson -> :: Logs off and readies the transfer ::

Ayumu Kasuga -> Aye aye... ::initiates orbit with the station::

STSF_BluRox -> Ayumu...once you and Heather get that sample transferred, take Christina with you to ensure offical chain of custody with security, you are all granted shoreleave.

Ayumu Kasuga -> Understood.

STSF_BluRox -> Rue....have Delta shift take the bridge and they may rotate out next shift for some down time on the station as well, we'll most likely be here for a few days to see to all repairs and give all shifts a fair chance at leave

August Jax Robinson -> and supplies, right Sir?
