Computer, begin log.

 

Today I learned that I will be losing the company of good people and #### fine officers. I never get over the bonds that are made on an assignment, I never forget the people that would risk their life for me because I wear the same uniform as them.  I can only hope the friends that leave the Republic find the same degree of trust, respect, and professionalism on their new assignment as they earned here.   I passed by a social gathering while

on patrol and stuck my head in only to see the majority of the senior officers a little bit on the relaxed side, oh ya and what appeared to be a dead cowboy on the floor.  After completing the patrol I went to 10-foward to have a drink and unwind a bit, I usually don't do parties, but maybe I should go make an appearance to avoid being considered anti-social.
